What are the "public" teams in Basketball, everyone site is different...

-Lakers
-Bulls
-Knicks
-Celtics
-Heat

as obvious ones, but are Philly and Detroit considered "public" teams?

I am just looking for teams to fade simply because the lines are over inflated

But you should definitely add OKC and the Clippers to the list of public teams

It depends on particular games. OKC can be a public favorite one game and not the next.
