Best you think of this as a "lucrative hobby"...rather than a crap-paying part-time employment.
If u keep showing results like yours, tho' the unit sizes creep up...and the $/hour get less depressing/more impressive.

paco, i dont know shit about capping...but i do know money management...here's a way u can continually creep up the unit size...
choose a % and stick to it...(i suggest it be at most 2%)...if u start today, take yesterday's bank and calculate the $ amount that corresponds to your fixed x%...then stick with that $-amount until a new bank hi is hit (even if it only is a few $ higher...recalculate your new $-amounts as x%...then stick with that (after losing days, don't downgrade your $-amounts...hang on until you penetrate your last high...then up-grade your units again)
that's it...constant % but UP-grade (never down-grade) the $-amounts whenever possible
this works well at an online book, but if u use a local they'd get pissed at you for all the weird "$32.47"-type bets
if you do this, the bets will naturally "ratchet" up on runs...but holds fast during slumps so when you catch fire again you're riding back up with the same-sized units that you came down with...better imo than adjusting (up and down) your units after every day's action
that's fitguy's "one-way ratcheting" "fixed-percentage" "flat-betting" system...add paco's "hi-percentage picking", pour in time, stir, and voila, a growing bank account...lol

cool,
sports betting is always a bumpy ride, but the discipline of holding to fixed $-amounts tied to the last account peak...and letting the inevitable streaks ride you out of any slump to a new high (at which point you immediately up-grade your $-definition of a unit and essentially "reboot" your business)...well it's as comfortable a way of handling things, as i've found...
it puts you in the right frame of mind to resist the eventually-fatal temptation to "chase" with larger-unit plays (often convincing ourselves that we're somehow more "confident" to rationalize our desire for "revenge" for the last few days of slump)...this way you just KNOW that no chasing is needed...just a few more days for your win% to re-assert itself and guide you to the new high...
and when you get a nice run of several winning days in a row...you get the added satisfaction of having your daily bet-size upgrades accelerate your winnings...and when down-days kick in you're happy to weather the storm with exactly the same sized bets as you weathered all previous storms...remembering all storms end the same...with a new rally and a new bankroll high...etc. etc.
with the money-management locked in sensibly and systematically, you're mind is set at ease to concentrate on the picking...
by the way, i strongly recommend you choose a small-footprint fixed percentage...1% to be specific...and stick to it for at least a few cycles/new highs/$-upgrades till you get the feel for it...this way you know you start every new "business" after a new high with exactly 100 chips to weather the storm and pull you out with...down the road you might want to be more aggressive and go with 1.5% (meaning you always have 66.67 chips to start with) or even 2% (50 chips)...i find 1% works just fine, but it might be too tame for some...all comes down to one's "stomach" for the bumps...lower percentage=less likely to be wiped out by a tsunami of a slump (keeps more financial "powder" dry)...higher percentage simply means greater-sized swings, both good and bad are to be expected...
anyhow, try it on for size (but start with the 1% level till you get the hang of it)...
and keep on keepin' on with your great picking...
BTW...you cappin' MLB this year?

pickin' up the "hook" like that for free (well, earned actually...by patience)...doin' that once or twice a week over a season makes a nice difference by turning a few losses into no-plays...
