Trying to find a nice underdog that could win on the ML

Hey guys,

I've been searching through today's big NBA card trying to find the one dog that could win straight up on the ML. I'm leaning towards either the Hawks or the Bucks. I know both the Spurs and the Rockets are great home teams, but it seems to me that the Spurs are just too old to consistently win (as shown by their horrid road record) and I think the Hawks might try to get a bit physical with them tonight. The key to the Hawks' victory will be to contain Parker's drive and kick out for wide-open 3's. That's the thing with the Spurs; they can keep any game close with the amount of 3's they can potentially hit.

As for the Bucks, they are a good team with some explosiveness on offense. I can see them keeping pace with the Rockets tonight and giving them a run for their money. Both teams can shoot and score with relative ease, the question is who will have the better defense. My money would say the Bucks and maybe they leave Houston with a win.

What are your guys' thoughts? Any other good dogs that you believe can win straight up tonight?

Bleek88, I was initially leaning this game when I first opened the card. The Wizards are terrible and I actually think having their coach fired hurts them as they aren't necessarily playing for a guy they may want or have as their next full-time hc. However, Charlotte is just plain bad (on the road no less) and with Augustin out, I think they might find it hard to score.

Do you really believe this is a solid chance to hit? Just wanted to see your thoughts if you have a chance. Thanks for the input.

I'm with you. For some reason I just feel this is the right underdog. I know the Hawks have not won in SA in years, but a lot of that was in the Spurs' heyday and when the Hawks were just bad. I think this might be their chance to impose some road will. They need a statement victory on their resume.

I am on this game as well as ATL ML -I have the bobcats winning outright- so why take the points? I don't know ehere that 7 number even came from?

Clippers do look nice tonight...Lakers are quite overrated with Kobe pretty much trying to score 50+ every night. No rhythm to that offense. I may take this one and/or Hawks ML.

The bobcats will put up points tonight. The wizards will still struggle, firing saunders wont change a damn thing.

Minnesota, Marion playing well but not Dirk, guy is due to go back to being same ol' marion. Who will guard Kevin love or Rubio? I like the wolves a lot +6 but I think they have a decent shot to win straight up.
