Thought the guy had too much hype coming into the league, he played with swagger, still does and he reminded some of Jordan, or at least some just hoped for that, I remember him winning the slam dunk contest with average dunks, yet when he did them, which wasnt impressive to me, people ooed and awed, never thought of Kobe as a leaper, but many seemed in awe at that dunk contest for what I dont know. If you go look at the dunks, nothing spectacular. Great player in his prime though, love his competitiveness, but didnt like when he used to ballhog or when his team would be down by, say 15-20, Kobe would just quit basically.Comment -
