Two NBA Bets Look Decent for Today

Screw the Boston Celtics for messing up my three team ML parlay last night along with the Heat and the Nuggets who came through. There are two bets I can actually use logic in makig tonight win or lose and be comfortable in not being a blindfoled monkey throwing darts.

(a) San Antonio Spurs vs. Houston. Rockets - OVER 198 points

(b) Denver Nuggets (+5) at Portland

Last year San Antonio and Houston nearly every contest flew over 200 total points. Something about this match up makes both teams play hard and both offenses shine.

Denver and Portland are evenly matched however Denver is deeper and slightly younger. This will be a close match that goes down to the wire.....Denver can easily win outright as well. Last year Denver was the better tea....in Portland or in Denver.

i just never like taking games where i think it will come down to the wire and the line is fairly low. with ft's it could go either way depending on who has a fragile lead.

Yea but in the Denver game this should have opened at +3 the worst. Cappers aren' t givng the Thuggets any respect this year.
