whats the "rule" when a -1 line crosses over to +1, but doesn't go to EVen first? look at pinny for the orlando/chicago game..seems interesting to me. was wondering, i can never remember what you say to do. orlando at home vs. chicago was -1, now its +1. sportsbookspy has 72% of bets on chicago.
