Totals(Over/Under) More Unders than Overs this year

Since the NBA season is a lot more compacted and less days inbetween games, teams are going to play a lot more bench players to rest their starters.

Wouldn't you think that scoring will be lower this year?

or

Vegas will account for this and lower the O/U lines?

not sure, unders are more frequent anyway than overs 54% lat two seasons per covers.com
