This is post #159. He loses the LA bet against MIA, but doesnt count it. Also his recommended plays didn't count for the NFL record and shouldn't count here beacuse there "optional." Just a friendly warning to all that tail, Johns record keeping was repeatedly questioned and proved wrong in his NFL thread. Many times his "posted" record was in-accurate, always in his favor. Again I am not here to bash, I am just saying do not tail because his record looks impressive because it will be wrong. I don't understand how/why he does this, its quite frankly really embarassing in my eyes. It's like he waits several days and then updates his record ignoring a loss or two and hopes no-one notices. Zero integrity.

He is at best 15-12 with his 5* and 2-1 with his 10* after today. However, I would be surprised if this is even correct, as I am not going to wade through all of the prior posts to find out what his actual record his.

you are ALL so right.. held my breath.. I felt I was accurate with the research and matchups. The Lakers did pound the pain more with Gasol and Bynum, but if Kobe hits the perimeter shots, this game is a blowout. But, I do think you will see the Lakers play more 'in and out' on the offensive end. Gasol looked good last night and played where he belongs.

5* graded play on Memphis as they take on the Clippers. Memphis is +4 -110. I think the Clippers may being feeling the after effects of that laker's brawl last night. Thanks for the kudos on last night's Laker's 10* win.

John, what do you think about the hornets +3.5 tonight? The line opened at Orlando -4, and 80% of the public jumped on Orlando. This resulted in reverse line movement, and it shifted to 3.5, causing more people to probably jump on Orlando. Considering Vegas usually knows what they're doing, i can definitely see the hornets pulling an upset at home right now with the magic's poor play. Let me know your thoughts

Sorry I missed this question, but yes, whenever you see the public at that high a percentage and the line goes opposite it definitely indicates that BIG BETS are going on the other team. Of course, that doesn't always win, but that is definitely a handicapping tool that can work in your favor over the course of a season.

Using this method has hit around 57% for all sports over the last 2 years.......however there was certain criteria used such as amount of bets and % of people on each side......it's not always as easy as that game was to see
