Since the last meeting between these teams...Dallas has lost two key players in Tyson Chandler and JJ Barea but they picked up a key player in Odom and a decent player in Brandan Wright. Also, Dallas is expected to land Vince Carter. In any given game Wright + Odom + Carter (assuming Carter comes) can outperform Chandler + Barea easily imho. The Heat only picked up one key player in Battier.

If the Mavs pick up Carter and the Heat don't add anyone significant I'm thinking Dallas +2.5 is one of the best NBA bets I've ever seen especially when you consider the history of teams in the Heat's situation, they almost never win if my memory serves me right.
