How will the lockout affect pointscoring?

If i remember correctly, many thought that the lockout in the NFL lead to many overs in the beginning of the season, correct?

Now, how do you think the lockout will affect totals in the NBA, if at all? I mean, players might be a little rusty and out of shape. Teams build-up for the season isn't optimal.

there should be many unders I think
