PHX -3.5 and U 174.5 looks good to me. PHX is a pretty high scoring team though, but SA was playing pretty bad against the sparks (+ the no calls)

The NY v CON u157.5 is a tough call. Since NY has some good 3 pt shooters. I've seen some games where they score like 30 in 1 quarter x.x.

I'm most likely taking PHX -3.5 though, and I'll decide on the u/o later.
