You know, I sometimes play these insanely high spreads too, cause from time to time they are way off... But you can never be sure what you´re gonna get, they might either cover easily or lose by 70
However, I believe that more often than not such a high numbers have a chance to cover, as the teams leading by lets say 30 usually get uninterested in the 4th q.
