Russian teams consisted of Anatoly Kashirov, Igor Smygin, and Peter Gubanov are up and coming players but good enough to beat
Australian team with a decent roster with NBL players.

Now this is an interesting one, the Aussie are solid with core young and veteran NBL + college players but have such as short time to play together. Angola is the team that Charles Barkley had been looking for since his DreamTeam day. They have been played together for along time, like 5 years & obviously not that young anymore, they have won like 10 champions. Having said that, half court and defense oriented is their style
they have defeated Russian team recently & won one against the Chinese as well.

the 2nd time of entire tournament it went over, angola couldn't miss their 3's; one of them was liked Ray Allen & Paul Pierce rolled into one, go figure.
