This is why I hate Celtics fans. You'll never learn to shut up. I do have a question to ask you though. Where were you when your Celtics were in last place last year? Where were you when your Celtics were busy losing? Where were you when your Celtics were not in the playoffs? I give it to the Celtics because they wanted to win more... and they should want it more. Pierce, KG, and Allen are all getting old and this may be their last chance at a title. Who knows what next year holds for them? You have to think about when those three leave as well. Who do you have on that team then? Celtics have nothing because they traded away all their young talent. Boston will basically be in another rebuilding mode, while the Lakers will be young, athletic, and a force to reckon with for years to come. With Bynum healthy next year, the Lakers future looks as bright as ever. This probably was not the Lakers year... they weren't supposed to be the #1 seed in the West and they weren't supposed to make the Finals. Lakers exceeded all expectations and even took it a step further. The Lakers had a nice year, but I am looking forward to next year and the years to come.Comment -

I'll give you that... but let's see what he does when there aren't 3 superstars surrounding him. Perkins is a good, physical presence that will give you D and rebound. He knows his role, but if you think you can build around those two, you should just kill yourself. You think Kobe is not a real leader? Get real. Just because you're a Laker hater doesn't mean you have to bash on the guy. He's the best player in the game and just because he hasn't won anything without Shaq doesn't mean he's not a leader. KG might play another 5 years but Allen will probably not... and no, they are not in their prime. Allen is on the tail end of his career and KG is getting old as well.
