Despite their website saying referee assignments are posted at approximately 9:00am ET each game day usually referee assignments are published by 9:00 P.M. the night before the games. This delay is unusual and probably speaks to the problems the NBA is going through right now. The 3 refs from game 6 of Lakers-Kings 2002 are radioactive right now. If they had planned on using one of them for game 4 they might have been forced to scramble. This is very interesting.

Rake: I don't care about won lost records since they don't control for team quality. Spread does. DeRosa and Washington have been in the top 4 of homers each of the last two years. Javie helps road teams cover more often than not (again for each of the last 2 years). Javie is actually a bit of a legend.Comment -
