Both teams have done well with Stafford and McCutcheon on the floor, Stafford games go over, and Jason Phillips has been murder on home faves ATS in the regular season, but the exact opposite in the playoffs.

What makes you see this as a strong OKC friendly crew?

If you look at their overall (regular and post-season) ATS Home records, all 3 favor dogs considerably - that's the only angle. I'm not saying it's a big play, but enough for me to make a play nonetheless.
