Dallas is the most resolute team we maybe have ever seen and they probably blow out OKC here. What happened in game 5 against Portland affter blowing 20 point lead in Portland? Blow out. What happened after LA was down and out going into game 4 similar to OKC here? Blow out.
I literally cannot find one instance of a road team winning game 5 in recent past. There are many examples where home team will close out huge in game 5. A comparable example to look at is 07 WCF Jazz/Spurs. Veteran Spurs just came off a game 4 road win vs. a young Jazz team. Jazz probably discouraged as it was a must win. Spurs come home in game 5 and win by 25 on a -8 line when game 1/2 was -6.5. This is exactly what we should see here in a similar situation.
Haven't even mentioned the fact yet that OKC is completely beaten and demoralized. Durant looks like a defeated 13 yo kid yesterday with his back pack and terrible body language and tone of speech. Westbrook sure as hell isn't responding either.
Dallas closes out in a big way like they have all year. Too many veterans, too much experience over OKC.
