In my opinion, Westbrook is more of a freak athletically than Rose, he not only can jump high, he's quick off the floor, I think he's quicker than Rose also or their both about the same. i went to college with rose and was in some classes with him. Yes, he hits the gym while his time here in college because Calipari pushed him and his trainer Richard Hogans. But when he was in highschool, he hardly ever works out in the gym. Rose is a natural leaper.Comment -
Both these guys work hard. I think most people know they worked out together over the summer in grueling workouts to get better and stronger. What Rose worked on and has definitely gotten better at is playing into and through contact. He used to try squeeze around defenders more, avoiding contact, but he worked on taking the contact and then following through for the and one. And he's gotten so good at that and has gotten to the line more this season. Westbrook is a couple inches taller and has a longer wingspan, but in no way he is he faster, quicker or can jump higher. He does choose to do more flashy dunks than Rose, but I don't think it's because Rose can't, he just doesn't care to.Comment -

What Im saying is IMO Westbrook is a more naturally gifted athlete, meaning he's just automatically quicker and can jump higher because its genetic and nothing he had to work for.
