Omer Asik....Please Come to the NY Knicks!
We could use you big guy! You may not be the main man on the Bulls but you would be a God in New York. Block and alter shots playing 36-40 minutes a night...getting rebounds and put backs and playing a little defense too.

Definitely would fit nicely into that 2 super star system over in NYC. Is Asik a free agent after 2011? If so, let's make this happen Knicks!

Bulls never gonna get rid of Asik, Bulls FO loves Asik and loves all our bigs.

but he wouldn't be as good on the Knicks as he is on the Bulls, Asik is so good because of the system we run.

It doesn't matter how much the FO loves him, good teams with a stockpile of bigs can't keep them all. Think Memo Okur leaving Detroit for Utah.

Asik has just one more year left on his initial 2-year $3.8 mil deal. I guess he would be a restricted FA after that, not quite sure.

There's no way we're trading Asik...I would be very surprised. Only in a package for Dwight Howard, no other way we're trading asik.

Hmmm I doon't know, I wouldn't go that far. Bulls could still use a really good SG next season. If they could use him to fill that gap given that he's only under contract one more season, then it's possible. Bulls considered it for Courtney Lee, but it just wasn't enough. NY doesn't have anyone tradeable of value though. I'll take Kevin Martin or Monta Ellis.

Bulls will NEVER trade big for small, never. Thats exactly why Bulls didnt pull the trigger on a SG at the trade deadline. Every team wanted either Taj or Asik and the Bulls FO said hell no...we not trading our bigs for a SG.

Never is a long time. If they could trade Omer in the offseason SU for the right SG, they'd do it. I'm not talking about a Courtney Lee, I'm talking about a guy that's AllStar quality or close. Taj I wouldn't trade at all.

Poor knick fans.. the new CBA is going to really limit your options. Get used to routinely being bounced in the first round. Not even walsh will be able to fix the mess the anthony trade created.

They have Gibson, Noah and Boozer. They can afford to trade Asik. Plan B would be to get a big off of either Houston or Sacramento.

Trust me, I know about my team. Theres no way we're trading Asik for anybody except Dwight Howard. (in a package deal, obviously)

and there's even less of a chance Bulls trade Asik for a SG. Never go big to small, thats a rule Bulls FO follows.

Asik and Boozer for D12 is the only fair bet I see for Orlando.

I see Boozer and 3 #1's ... i think Orlando will push hard for asik tho.

I dont see why the Magic would trade Dwight to their conference rivals...
