You're much better off PMing a mod with the problem or using the help form about the dispute. Talking about it on the boards only gives 5D (or any book) a reason to be hostile towards you.

I don't understand why they would be hostile with me. Didn't bad mouth them or anything. I'm simply trying to find some information to see if I have a leg to stand on.
