So that would leave them with Kobe, CP3, Dwight Howard, D Fisher, Shannon Brown, and NO BENCH WHATSOEVER. if the mavs are any indication, you need a good bench to go far in the playoffs

Gasol won't be traded
Orlando won't be trading Howard...
If LA has to trade Bynum or Gasol, they won't be getting CP3...

the magic won't let go of howard for those scrubs. they could let his contract run out and still end up with better players than those broken down bench warmers.

I think the Lakers will get Howard but not both. Paul might go to the Knicks. Right off the bat you can eliminate at least 90% of the league, So it's not like Orlando and NO will get much in trade value since Paul and Howard will already have one foot out the door until they become free agents. Then they can sign with a big market team

yes, the problem might be what lakers are offering in trade and if the teams want those things.
