So this is the defining moment for Kobe where he cements his legacy over something Jordan could never do? Is that where this is going? You should consider a career in stand up.

So the Lakers are going to do what nobody has ever done before?

How crazy would it be? Unreal right? It could happen. I mean, c'mon, if Dallas could win the first 3 games, which nobody thought would be possible, why cant the Lakers win the next four?

              Could it happen????? Really??

I now see why 88% of the Public was on the Lakers in Game 3. You guys still believe. LOL They are old. Washed up. Even Magic Johnson agrees. No energy. Dead. Kobe believes because that's just who he is inside. Phil Jackson believes because he's still in shock. Even if the Lakers some how win Game 4... they aren't going to win 3 straight. Dallas would win Game 6 for sure in Dallas. Remember as this series wears on... it will effect the LAKERS... not Dallas. You can tell the Lakers are working a lot HARDER than Dallas...

Kobe has to have 4 of his best performances ever... and all it takes is one bad shooting night... and the series is over. Kobe isn't a basketball god anymore.

Lakers are old? Arent the Dallas players older? I think so, but correct me if I am wrong.

                        INSIDE INFORMATION -

Bynum running his mouth about the players not playing as a team is apparantly true.

Lets face it Kobe is shooting too much and not connecting quite like he used to.

                        But here is the scoop.

Supposedly Gasol's broke up with his girlfriend and one of his teamates was involved by going out with her or influencing her. Word is there was a lockeroom blow up.

Hmmmm maybe thats why Gasol is playing like chit.

He has always been soft but combine that with the head games going on and I think we have a Dallas good old fashion ass stomping.

Some won't believe the Lakers are out of the playoffs until a week after they've been knocked out.

                                ^ This.

Why would anyone take the Lakers in this spot? The argument that the Lakers don't want to get swept is no more meaningful than the emphasis put on the importance of winning Game 2 or Game 3, except that now we've seen the Mavs control the game down the stretch in three consecutive games. In fact, I would argue that the Mavs motivation to finish the Lakers is much more significant than anything the Lakers can muster. The faster they finish off LA, the more rest they'll get before the WCF. This chance to go to the NBA Final is too important to them to let up for a second when they have the advantage. I'm also unconvinced that the Lakers would rather be eliminated in front of their home crowd in Game 5. Some individual players might come to play tomorrow, but the team effort will fail.

People only make these type of threads so if it happens, they can come back and say "I told you so" or "I called it".

                                  Lakers are done.

The odds of the Lakers winning the series at this point is +650. I'm not sure why it isn't higher. Then again, Dallas is only a 2 point favorite again. LOL!

Lakers seem no to have thirst, everyone else escept for Kobe doesn't care at all.
this is what I see. Kobe is not at his best this season and he cannot hit winners. I doubt if the Lakers can win tonight, but this series should have closed with different score. Lakers are not as bad as the result is

with the rate at which home teams win game 7, we may never see a 3-0 comeback in the NBA
