I take advantage of these every year. A couple that are available if you haven't seen them:

Mavs to win in 6 or 7 games (+355)
Mavs 4-2 (+669): Risk $59
Mavs 4-3 (+1012): Risk $41
Net Profit if either hits: $355 per $100 risked.
Regular Mavs series price: (+314)

Lakers to win in 6 or 7 games (+127)
Lakers 4-2 (+405): Risk $45
Lakers 4-3 (+314): Risk $55
Net profit if either hits: $127 per $100 risked.
Regular Lakers Series price: (-360)

Using the same method you can currently get:

Bulls (4-1 / 4-2 / 4-3): -293 for the series
Bulls (4-2 / 4-3): +144 for the series
Hawks (4-2 / 4-3): +862 for the series
Grizzlies (4-2 / 4-3): +203 for the series

Numbers listed are based on optimal payout assuming all options are equally likely. You could always cheat towards on you like better for an even larger payout. Hope this is helpful.

I did that one with Boston winning in six and seven games. What's better is after game one the value totally jumps up for the team that lost game one and you can get that too I think.
