You're right, I'm sure Boston won't be prepared.

        Why would it mean anything?

Playoffs are a whole different game than regular season

anytime u get beat close to the playoffs by 20+ thats a serious problem. theres reasons WHY u got beat that bad.

ok lets disregard the fact that celtics beat the heat 3 times out of 4 during the regular season

HEAT as a team newly formed have yet to be stressed, its coming now, I dont see them going 0-3 to boston then winning by 7 plus twice in a row

I took C's to +6 on some 2 and 3 teamers with them as last play, I like it, I expect a close finish

yer comparing PERKINS at starting center to GREEN at backup forward?

also PERK missed 2 or 3 of those first 3 HEAT games , I think SHAQ played in 2 or 3 of the 1st 3 and missed # 4 and SHAQ may return today as a 10-15 minute player

                    should be a close game

if MEMPHIS holds on to win by 7+ then that means the last 4 NBA games were decided by 7 points or more, if you like to fade trends you would say ...................... a close game is over due

No Shaq in the line-up for Boston, big Z is going to go off.

MIAMI (AP) — Shaquille O'Neal is inactive for Boston and Udonis Haslem will remain out for Miami, ending hopes both had that they could return from injuries for Sunday's Game 1 of the Celtics-Heat Eastern Conference semifinals.

O'Neal has played in only one game since Feb. 1 because of a strained right calf. Haslem has been out since Nov. 20 with a ruptured ligament in his left foot.

Both are close to being able to play, their teams said.

The Celtics made one change for Sunday, adding former Heat guard Carlos Arroyo to their active 12-man roster in place of Sasha Pavlovic. Celtics coach Doc Rivers says he made the change because Arroyo knows Miami's system.

if Shaq is not back for this game I find it hard to believe he'll play in any game for the rest of the play offs
