I agree with this post. The timeouts make the last 3 minutes of a game absolutely brutal. Same thing in college basketball. Last 3 minutes last 20.

Seriously? There is a limit on timeouts. They're just more valuable at the end of the game. It's like playing a dog after the public drives up the line on the fave. If it bothers you that much turn the game off in the last 3 minutes of play and let it play out...

Actually I usually do turn it off. They need to do something to the effect of you only have 2 timeouts last couple minutes like they do fouls to give. At two minutes it changes. I don't have a problem with timeouts, but I do have a problem with timeout, then go out to court, see defense call timeout, go back to bench, come back score call timeout. Its tedeious.
