Detroit will win on the road, so I give them the edge.

Detroit will win it because they will win at least one away game while Celtic has no chance of winning away from home.

Unless the Celtics figure a way to win a game on the road, they aren't going to advance to the NBA Finals.
Detroit in 6.

Boston in 7.
Don't be surprised if each team wins one game on the road (Yes, even Boston!)

As much as I would Love to see a Laker Celtics Final, my guts telling me that Detroit will knock them off. Its based on the fact the 2 teams that shouldn't have given the Celtics trouble at all what so ever forced them into a corner both with game sevens. With the Cavs and the Hawks the only massive superstar of recognition was Lebron James and still they had trouble. If and only if the games are fairly ref'd will the Pistons advance. I see the Pistons winning at least 1 and maybe 2 road games against the Celt's and with that coupled with the Fact that the Celts play like a JV team on the road, look for the Pistons to knock them off. Remember the key factor in this equation, The Experience possessed by the Pistons. What is this their 6th straight Conference Final? If that isn't total team domination I don't Know what is.
Lets start with what the Celtics have accomplished. A very very great Regular Season record, the best turnaround from season to season, and an undefeated record in the Playoffs. And now the downfall I feel hindering them. Their lack of team experience. Let me explain, sure on a individual basis they have acquired massive amounts of playoff experience, but as a whole they are struggling. Inconsistencies in their game play show on the court. The regular season aside we are in the playoffs and there they are struggling to put up the points needed for them to win.
The Pistons on the other hand have played together constantly and regularly, in the playoffs, and with them reaching the conference finals 6 straight years it shows. Other than trading away the non scoring threat Ben Wallace they have stayed together, and we see how much of benefit it is not to have a Ben Wallace. You don't have to guard him since he is not a scoring threat.(as seen in the last series.)
I will end on one final note. Who ever you may choose in your bets I wish you the best of luck, and GO LAKERS!!

prediction was celtics lakers but no way i can stay with celtics after what they have shown me going 7 games in both series . these guys are the absolute worst i have ever seen in my life . from what standpoint ? from the wtf are these mfers doing standpoint . again and again . they seem to be sellouts , to who i dont know and it doesnt matter . all i know is they are sellouts and no way to trust them .
and no am not speaking from the view of someone that got screwed by them in any game on the spread .
pistons blew it last year against the cavs in the east finals .
who was blowing it and looked like a sellout ? prince and in a big way .
will this happen again ? i would say no and that the sellout/sellouts will be on the boston team . just like in the 14 games so far . how anyone forgets how to play great basketball will always be an unsolved mystery to me .
IF YOU ARE GREAT YOU ARE GREAT .
yes if you are playing hurt then that is an understandable reason why you suck and look like you are selling your team out .
i really want boston to make it but cant see how what has occured thus far in the playoffs with them will not carry over into detroit . if they all of the sudden look great again then what can i say , but call bs .
the way they beat the cavs on sunday was fishy as well . if others cant see something is wrong .
