i have this going into the 200s in my system....

knicks actually play better and there type of uptempo offense without chauncey...if boston wants to win...they will have to keep up...

the total is at 193 and actually dropped to 192.5 after the public continues to hammer the under as well...

what's ur reasoning?

How did you know I was even talking to you then? Pretty weird. This guy took OKC -6 the other night and literally lost his whole bankroll... he was PMing me asking me for a stake, saying he'd kill himself if I didn't stake him... I felt so bad for him... he lost everything he has

I think it's opposite.. if Boston wants to win they just have to play the defense they play. Worked well for them in Game 1 didn't it? Boston needs to slow it down, they just aren't a big time offensive team. I don't even think the Knicks are going to be as up-tempo as we're used to tonight.. think we see them pounding Amare inside a lot more tonight and let Melo do his thing.

Sorry to hijack this thread, just want everyone to know about that guy before they tail or take him serious.

I really like the over here. I think they start Douglas and pick up the speed a bit here, and as posted above, Boston will have no choice but to keep the tempo.

fyi my system is pretty on point w/ totals...so i think im taking a stab @ the over...

waiting on the movement on the 1st half tho...cuz it says over as well...but @ some books total is down to 98 which came out at 98.5...the over 98 is + alot of places too...so will wait till right b4 game for that...

I think this ones pretty simple, if Boston wins, they do it on the defensive side of the ball, and that keeps the score low.

If they knicks win, it will be a run and gun type game, where the tempo is sick, and thus rendering the over.

so maybe a double parlay?

BIGGETS REASON FOR BOSTON TO PUSH THE TEMPO TONIGHT:

It lets Rondo drive to the hoop to create plays.
The slow tempo didn't work on game 1 because knicks actually played descent defense and rondo had to settle for jump shots. Boston knows if they want to win tonight. They have to push the ball and push it hard and go toe to toe with the knicks and control the game once they take the lead. they are veterans, they know how to play toe to toe and then take control of the game when the time comes.

Over sounds good to me, my thinking.

Don't see how it will change too much from the 1st game. If anything Boston turns up the defense a little, but don't have the offense to make it real high scoring.
