        it was not travelling because he was inbounding and moving backwards.

        A player inbounding the ball may move backward as far as the five second
        time limit or space allows.

          The player inbounding was Fernandez. the player travelling was Roy. Should have been a turnover.

            Umm Im not referring to the inbounder rather Roy who clearly traveled.
