Manu Ginobili (hyperextended elbow) is questionable for Sunday's playoff opener against the Grizzlies.
The good news for Ginobili is that the damage is to his non-shooting elbow and X-rays were negative. He's scheduled for a Thursday MRI after which a timetable will be established. How long Ginobili is sidelined for will depend on the severity of his hyperextension, but it could range anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks. George Hill would start if Ginobili can't.
