This. The Knicks probably have a shot at 1 of the 2, but not both. Billups' expiring contract will be enticing trade bait, so the Knicks should have some leverage and cap space for negotiating a trade for Paul next season. Howard probably ends up going to the Nets or something, I don't know. Haven't really thought about it.
