          Was is not only the better choice, but also Clev will shoot themselves in the foot if they win this game, the lottery chance at 1st pick is a whopping 6% swing if it makes sense at all. i.e a simple logic, the more your win the less is your chance at lottery especially when your team is at bottom end of losing teams here.
