Why is ATL +6 against pacers?
Does anyone have any information on why this line is +6? I know Josh Smith is out..... but I don't see that as a reason for the line to be this.

Are the starters resting for the playoffs or something?

SJ's play on Pacers 1h looks good. ATL arent so much of a 1h team.

Josh Smith has been nothing but a determent to the team recently missing him would not be a big factor. JJs offense is easily replaceable with Crawfords increases role and Teague getting some extra PT.

But the reason the line is 6 is cause both might not play and neither team is really playing for anything. I think the line should be at 4 rather then 6 though but i'm not gonna touch a team with 2 starters out, too unpredictable, and the Hawks are unpredictable enough when healthy.

But i think if JJ is a go and you can catch it before it drops to 5, its a good play.

Remember this line has been already been set with Smith's injury in mind and motivation will be a factor. Both teams have clinched and aren't really in danger of moving up or down so there's not much to play for here really. I have this in favor of IND by around 2.5 so you can see how inflated the line is so ATL isn't as bad of a play as it probably seems, although I say tread light in the NBA this last couple days.

ATL is most untrustworthy team in the NBA. Win by 30 or lose by 30, take your chances

Lol Atlanta will probably try to lose the last 4 and hope New York win their last 4 so they wouldnt have to face Orlando in the first round, we saw how all four of those games played out last year.

Josh Smith apparently was a big mismatch for the Pacers having averaged 24.3ppg, 8.3 rpg, 4apg in the last 3 games vs Pacers.

Atlanta is locked into the 5th spot don't bet anything but overs in Atl games the rest of the season. If you can't bring yourself to bet the over, stay off of Hawks games
