Nuggets are a team to be reckoned.
ESPN are a bunch of morons. They give the Nuggets no respect for not having a superstar. Mark Jackson looks like an idiot for keep mentioning why the Nuggets needed Melo.

Jackson all game long he was finding fault with the Nuggets. He even said the Artest push on Gallo was a good no call because Gallo flops, but then when the game was over (Lakers down 5 with 11 seconds left), he starts giving the Nuggets some credit.

The funniest part of all the things he said during the game is that the Nuggets don't have a closer to go to at the end of a game, and once again, a closer wasn't needed to secure a victory.

Great win for the Nugs today. No Birdman and the Kobe stopper Affalo was out to, not to mention all the help from the refs.

In pregame all they talked about were the Lakers, Spurs and Thunder. Not a word about the Nuggets.

So many good young players in this team. It's scary.

Just watched the DVR replay of Kobe saving the ball underneath his own hoop with nearly two feet out....just can't believe how bad the officiating was.

Nuggets 16-2 ATS since the trade.

They wont make it out of the first round. The game slows down in the playoffs and if youre lacking defensively and not good at halfcourt sets youre gonna struggle, luckily for them they play the Thunder who arnt good defensively either.

yeah denver could be a major surprise in the playoffs. They are a real impressive playing team and if they make a few nice moves in the offseason they could be a real contender next year.

I took Nugs +12500 about a month ago to win it all. Both my books took down the odds though. Anyone have the odds now?

Nuggets / Thunder would be a great first round series, but ultimately, neither team will escape the second round. We're talking about the 4/5 matchup which will then play the winner of 1/8, so most likely the Lakers.

nuggets just beat lakers but wont be able to take a series, but you never know as deep as they are they have a bench of people who can start so always a fresh squad and well atleast have a chance to see them play thunder on tuesday and see how that goes.

One thing that Sundays game will benefit the Nuggets is that they now realize they are capable of hanging with the Lakers - If the two meet come playoff time-now the Nuggets know they can hang with LA.
