Are the Nuggets 1st NBA team with 10 starters
Now that all 10 players in the lineup are healthy and playing together for the 1st time, here's how it looks:

    First Starters
    Kenyon Martin
    Nene
    Gillanari
    Affalo
    Lawson Al Harrington

    Secondary Starters
    JR Smith
    Raymond Felton
    Wilson Chanler
    Birdman Anderson
    Al Harrington

That's a sick lineup, because you could virtually reverse the two and not notice a different. The 1st team is better defensively, while the 2nd team is more deadly offensively, especially from the 3.

On ESPN today, from the main man himself:

if the Lakers have been Story 1 since the break, Denver is Story 1a, having now won 15 of 19 since the Carmelo Anthony deal. No pure stars, but probably more B- to B+ players than any team in the league. Certainly the Lakers left Sunday's game with a healthy respect for their depth. "You look at their lineup; they essentially have two starting fives," Kobe Bryant said. "That second group that comes off the bench, that’s a legitimate starting five in this league."

Have you seen this team play, they don't care who takes the shot. Who's ever open, that who takes it. If it was a one shot deal, I'll have Felton, Gillanari, Affalo, or JR Smith go for the winning 3. Out of those 4, whoever get the cleanest look takes it.
