I think it's the right thing to do and I commend you for that. You can always set up a Paypal account for donations so those profiting off your plays considerably can show you some appreciation... Respect!

I only deposit with them and 5Dimes and The Greek refund the fee (usually around $12 for $500 deposit). For withdrawals I usually request a check from the book.

The don't really refund the fee...they just add the fee that you paid to your balance... and must deposit $300 or more to get it...

So just deposit an amount which including the fee adds up to the amount you actually want deposited... Essentially, what you pay with the fees included is also how much they credit your account with, so it's pretty much the same as if you were to get a refund. Makes sense?

That is exactly right! So if you have $500 you can deposit $480 or whatever and the fee may be $19 (its always different, depending on the country that you are wiring...books move it around) and you will be at your target amount...well close enough anyway..

Just reduce your bet size. I hit the 3K mark so I can take some chances right now, but unless you have the roll to tail me don't bet the same amounts, just go small if you want to bet every play.
