It depends. Sometimes I can just look at a line and know something isn't right, but most matches I spend about 15-20 minutes of research on each (checking past match statistics, local news articles, etc.). Then I can watch line movement for hours to make sure something fishy isn't happening with the line (but that's mostly for the leagues that have a lot of fixed matches).

Cos they have over 98 @ -113 so I thought they're trying to make us think there's value in the under... or that there's money moving in on the over, just not enough to move the actual points yet. But I'm a just newb when it comes to line movement, so I may be way off...

Actually you're on the right track. The public is on the over, but I don't see the Pacers shooting lights out like they did in Game 1. The Bulls will slow the ball down and tighten up the defense, they're not going to allow Indiana to come out firing and surprise them like they did in Game 1. Pinny is a sharp book so the fact the under is at + money is another good indicator for me.
