Pretty sure i used moneybookers, and i think i withdrew something like 600. Can't remember the fee though. I didn't agree with the fee though, and cashed my bet points in to cover the fee cost.

Probably dumb questions ... What are bet points? How do you earn them? How many do you need to cover the fee cost?

Depending on the amount you bet and the number you bet you get points kind of like here and when you get to a certain amount you can get cash, among other things, that you can cash to use to gamble. If you bet large amounts you can build up points rather quickly and cash in enough to cover the fees, which it appears they let you do.
