    a question about portland/cavs ML
If i took cavs at $200 +14 , then took cavs ml for $100 at +1300, then took portland at $200 -14. Is there a way the most possible moeny i can lose is 100 right? But i can possibly win 1500$ no? any value in doing this?

Assuming this is serious ... No. Your two +14/-14 game bets cancel so it's as if you didn't place them but took a hit on juice. So you may as well just go bet $100 on the Cavs ML, avoid the juice, and then you can win $1300, or as will certainly happen - lose $100.
