NBA Finals matchup other than Lakers/Heat -270

Anyone think this is a good bet? I was going to bet it a while ago at -250. I don't think Heat will make it to the Finals so I'm thinking about placing a wager. I know it's a steep price, but I just don't see the Heat making it past Boston or Chicago. Thoughts?

Yes, I know. That's why I'm considering making this bet. If either the Lakers or the Heat don't make it to the Finals you win the bet. The matchup has to be Lakers vs. Heat for the title.
