This line is not as off as you guys think. Remember that Cavs were only -2 at home in Game 2, which is like Wiz -1.5 on a neutral court. They also opened -2 in Game 1 before line was bet up to -3.5.

I could easily see Washington winning handily under the circumstances, and I like the OVER quite a bit. Washington should pick things up at home, where their games averaged 197.5 points this year. Even Cavs road games averaged 193, so this total seems light to me.
