Chris Paul carted off in a stretcher - neck/head in a brace

CP3 just got carted off Quicken Loans arena after a head and neck collision. He crumbled to the floor and wasn't moving. They think it's a concussion but it could be worse as he wasn't moving his hands and never gave a thumbs up.

I pray he's ok...

It looked like he ran into a shoulder or a knee. His head snapped back pretty violently.

Reports are he transferred to another ambulance and Byron Scott's wife was there and said he was talking and moving his leg and arms. Very good.

as for paul, i hope he's ok. the mechanism of the injury itself didn't look so bad, but you never know.. you'd think he will be fine.

He never lost consciousness or the ability to control his extremities, but he did have a concussion. I thought I saw him give a thumbs up while he was getting pulled out on the stretcher though. he won't be playing tomorrow against chicago, but sounds like he should be ok.

Yes, he gave a thumbs up in the replay video. So hopefully he will return soon.
