- Boston is 7-3 this season on Sunday games (includes wins over OKC, Orlando, Miami, Lakers).

- Andrew Bogut is OUT. - Boston's games have gone OVER in 5 of the last 6 games (also OVER 4 of the last 5 on the road)


Opinion:

They (Boston) always have come to play in nationally televised games on Sunday this season; take it as you will. Andrew Bogut injured... this hurts the Bucks inside. Everyone gives credit to the Bucks D, which should be recognized, but this is a huge advantage for the Celtics inside the paint. Ray Allen has been hot from outside since the all-star break, coming off of a 9-13 game from the field Friday. The Jeff Green acquisition gives them a boost in the transition game, as well as spreading the floor. He's still learning to fit in with Boston, and I expect him to come up big off the bench tonight (20+). I think the Celtics will get out and run in this one. I don't play em often, but I love this matchup. BOL everyone

They have scored 99,107,115, and 107 since the trade from Kristic and Green, and have given up 92,102,103, and 103. They have a more scoring presence since the trade, but have traded that for weaker defense inside. With Bogut out, the lack of the inside presence for the Celtics is going to be less obvious, I think that alone will help beat the spread as well as run up the score.

far from easy money, Celts could lose this SU still. They shot 60% in the 1Q and won it by 1 point. that makes me nervous, how could it not. If they can get a 5-6 point lead at the half they might start to pull away. Let's hope the bucks can't hang around for much longer

I'm glad i'm not the only one who noticed that! It wouldn't have helped because I only bet the over, but for all the Celtics backers, that non-call could have costed you the bet.

Did the refs know the point spread before the game? Nah...

EDIT: Just watched the game. Looked like a clear as day foul to me.
