The Lakers are going to win in the Alamo on Sunday. Spurs wont win 2 big b2b games like that. Lakers should have beaten the spurs the last time in LA but this time they will. The LA line went from +3 to 2.5 and the total dropped a bit. This indicates that LA will impose there will on the spurs. Phil usually doesnt bother much with games like this all year long but like he did in Boston he will have the boys ready here. The Lakers will want to let the Spurs know if there is a series between these 2 teams and game 7 is in San Antonio the Lakers can win there. Expect LA to shut the interior down . It should be a classic defensive battle.

Big LB, or just a regular-sized play?

I think the Lakers win here too, but every time I bet against the Spurs, Manu goes off for like 30.

It'll be interesting to see the movement tomorrow when the books open up bets of $5,000+. I still think the Spurs bench again will be the difference in the game. Lakers only threat off the bench is Odom and he hasn't had a game over 15 points his last 10 games. Lakers will badly need a big game from him and Shannon Brown and I just don't see it on the road. Spurs bench played their best game, maybe ever, last game against the Heat. I think that confidence carries over into this game.

Good luck. If I don't start winning NBA bets soon, a nickel's about all I'll have left once baseball season comes around -- literally.

The Lakers definitely owe the Spurs a homecourt loss here, after the last game they played. I have a fair line for this game as LAL +1.5 & ML+121 so I think it's a pretty sharp line.

That being said, I think it's probably the right side to be on in this game. Good luck LB.

Any real sports gambler know that when the Lakers are +money you take the other side. Why would vegas make it that easy to win money. Ill prolly just touch the totals, but if I bet it will be on the spurs.

Actually, I see 71% of the early public bets on San Antonio.

Bynum had a beast of a game vs CHA. Granted, it was CHA, but I will be interested to see Bynum and Duncan go at it!

The spurs team is like the buddha. He is humble even when the fragrant foul shot was upon one of their team mates.

The lakers on the other hand is a show boat team.

I'm not the buddha but I like his teachings because he is nothing like a showboat.

All you going to do is bring up the public everytime. Its either this or line movement. One or the other.

I can bet there is ZERO CHANCE you cannot make a thread where it doesn't relate to either of these 2 topics

I like the under 191.5, not sure about the spread. Spurs kill me everytime I go against them, so I have been trying to avoid that scenario. GL LB

I don't understand how Lakers ML is a gift after what Spurs did to Miami at home. It doesn't matter what the Lakers do, if the spurs continue their good shooting form like we've already witnessed then it's over.

Lakers ML is nothing better than a coin flip, far from a gift IMO.
