He's a very good coach. His 1k+ win milestone definitely cements him as one of the greats. Furthermore, he was never blessed with a legend to build his team around. Carmelo doesn't count as a legend. He would have definitely won a ring if he had someone like Kobe or Tim Duncan to build his team around.

Definately not been a hater... Just been mostly indifferent I guess... Until you really start seeing what he has actually worked with and how far they have gone...

1000 wins is clearly worthy of something... the fact that you get there says that you haven't been fired all that much, and continue to maintain decent records in general...
