2006 HEAT NBA CHAMPIONS.. Common thread with 2011 Team?
The 2006 NBA Champion Miami Heat team was 4-14 (22%) against the NBA's elite during the regular.

    Dallas 0-2
    SA 0-2
    PHX 0-2
    DET 1-3
    NJ 1-3
    CLEV 2-2

This year's 2011 Heat team is getting pounded by everyone including myself for not being able to contend with the big boys in the NBA. Could it all change again in the 2011 NBA Playoffs?
    Scared money don't make money

182-120-6 (60.26%) Final Total NBA Record over 308 plays
37-20-1 (65%) Record for the 2010 NBA PLAYOFFS

Anything can happen in the playoffs but they are two different teams. U make it seem like this team did the same thing last year and still won. Personally i don't think they can handle the size of the bulls or celtics in a series but then again this is the NBA so who knows.

I do not see a championship for the Heat this season. Many of Miami's roster is D-league material. Bosh is weak and a non-factor against the physical big man of the league. Bosh is a bigger fraud than people knew once the microscope was put on him. Playoff games are slower and more physical which negates what Miami is best at (transistion) Neither Wade or Lebron can be counted on to hit critical jump shots down the stretch in big games and they have nobody that can score from the post posistion back to the basket. Miami might have 2 of the best players in the league but it isn't enough to beat the deep teams and it has been proved already during the regular season. If Miami somehow found it's way out of the East they would have to beat LA,San AN or Dallas? Sounds like a tall order.

"So you create a thread saying the heat have no chance to win the East/Finals, then 10 minutes later you create this thread. So a measely stat like this changes your mind that quickly? If trends like this dictate your reasoning come playoff time then start looking for other answers. then in that very thread, response to no coincidence and say: "No Coincidence, with all due respect, you don't know anything about basketball. The Bulls will not win more than 2 games in a 7 game series against the Heat. You will find out the hard way and probably lose money betting the bulls who will win nothing."
