    Lal (-9) @ min
I think this play is the best and the safest of the day. After ASG LAL are going 4 - 0 SU and 4 - 0 ATS. Matchups looks realy good - Beasley and Artest ; Love and Pau & Andrew. Now Minnesota don't have C.Brewer, who in my opinion were the best on ball defensive player.

yeah i would take minnesota over LAL this game, LAL may win this game SU but won't cover, i don't trust LAL ( my favorite team) laying this high amount of spread on the road

Lakers can play Defense and the timberwolves can't. This could be a beat down especially since Michael's going to be neutralized by Ron and Lamar/Bynum/Gasol will shut down Kevin Love. Lakers are coming off a huge win and they will probably end this game before the 1st half. I like the first half -5.

Funny thing is, after trying to scrutinize the harder plays today (Dallas, S.A., Orlando - which are all favs), I really just want to take Lakers -8.5 to cover in what I think will be a blowout by double digits.

The Lakers are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 road games and 4-0 ATS in their last four overall after coming out strong from the All Star break. I'm going to put a small side bet on this game. Big play is Dallas though. I'll stay on them until the playoffs. Then they might do their usual meltdown. We'll see...

Kurt Rambis knows the Lakers since he was their assistant coach for the last 584302 years before landing the gig in Min. By the same logic, you can also say Phil Jackson knows Kurt Rambis, but the motivation definitely lies with the home team in this situation. I'd be careful.
