Rondo and Perk are best friends.. I'm not worried about the big 3 tonight,
but I think Rondo may be sloppy.

With JO and Shaq out, they are down to 8 players. Delonte is not even
at 50% out there. Only guy I heard may get there in time is Tiny Gallon
a callup from Maine.

They've made trades before and they seem to welcome whomever they get, e.g., KG, Shaq. It's all business in a sense. I can't imagine a team not showing to play on account of this. I would assume the players knew ahead of time too.

Ok thanks for the info. Looks like the Celtics aren't going to have any beef down low. I guess they're playing small ball tonight. The entire rotation outside of Glen Davis, KG, and Perice are guards.

Only thing that concerns me is if they can keep running with the nuggs as the game goes on. Without even dressing 2 full units, it could get away from them in the 2nd half. Certainly no play for me.

they actually signed center chris johnson from d-league, watched him once and hes pretty athletic but not sure if he is nba-ready especially with a skinny frame. he is supposed to be ready for tonight's game.

What concerns me is Denver has Nene, Birdmanm Kenyon Martin and Al Harrington in the paint. Alot of bodies to bang down low where as the Celtics just have an old KG and an undersized PF in Glen Davis. I'm pretty sure Glen Davis gets in foul trouble and I don't think Doc is gone play KG a full game because the big picture is still to keep KG fresh.

He's on the Maine Red Claws, the Cs/Bobcats D league affiliate. Heard they were trying to bring him up to the Cs for tonights game. No idea how true that is, or what the process is for bringing a guy up from D league, but that's a rumor that NESN or someone had going. Heard it from a few places

I liked Perk too, but he had it coming... he turned down a 4 yr/$28 mil extension, and the Cs weren't gonna pay him the 10 mil he wanted. He shouldn't have gotten greedy, especially with his injury risks.

That being said, I would've preferred having him in a Cs uniform for a long time
