Now of course, I agree with you 100% that the playoffs & finals will be THE time to watch NBA this year. It's gonna be spectacular. As far as judging Rose as 2nd Tier just based on a meaningless All-Star game, I disagree 100% lol. I really think that half of these players don't even play the All-Star game that seriously. The obvious lack of defense should be the proof in the pudding.

Of course you can't judge players solely by the all-star game, I'm just saying this reaffirmed my prior conclusions.

Look guy. I am not the one who out of the blue made up some tale about Kobe dunking on LeWack! It's all over the sports news and all over youtube. I am not going to debate on whether or not the positioning coincides with the true definition of being dunked on. It is what it is. See it however you'd like. It's not really important to me if you think it didn't happen. Most people agree it did. Just look around the sports news and media today. Oh and George Bush is the biggest idiot the U.S had as a president and should be ashamed. Mission accomplished.

Look. I'm from Cleveland so it hurts me to have to defend Lebron. But just watching one of his games should be all you need. He's a great player, he constantly leads in assists and rebounds, so he's not just a point whore. He makes an effort when other players would have given up (like with the "being dunked on"). He's a talented and Jordan caliber player, and the rings will be won throughout his career.

Now as to his character... his Cavs bullsh!t... his quitting during the Celtics playoff game, etc... feel free to criticize away.

1. I see nothing wrong with this character, he really wants to win I know where hes coming from with that. So many people hate on him because he wants to be the greatest
2. The Decision I think he should have let the Cavs know ahead of time but it was for a good cause and he even said he regretted doing it. Hes human
3. The giving up part im on the fence about wasn't something going on in the locker room between Lebron and Delonte West? I can't imagine winning a ring with a teammate I don't like especially when I am clearly the reason why this team is where its at.

Well if ESPN said it, it must be true!

Lebron was better all around yesterday, but Bryant was arguable more valuable. Kobe had a great game and deserved the award, but James was the best player on the floor, IMO. And regardless of popular opinion, the West had the better team. I found the line moves very strange, but that is besides the point.

I do find it funny that some of you (not you, Mikail) are saying Lebron wanted to win an All-Star game but doesn't want to win games that count. Did anyone watch Kobe yesterday? He hasn't played that style or with that much energy all year. Oh yeah, I keep forgetting that you Laker fans tell us after every LA loss that they don't care about the regular season.

Just to make sure I understand, let me see if I have this straight. Lebron is upset about not winning an AS game, and he is an idiot because he "doesn't care" in the playoffs. But when he walks off the court without shaking hands after being eliminated from the playoffs, he is a sore loser (strange for someone who doesn't care.) Kobe plays balls to the wall, and it is because of his passion for his numbers in this exhibition game; James shows passion for his TEAM, and he sucks. Kobe protests against his own team in the deciding game of the playoffs by not shooting (funny how we forget that, isn't it?), and that is ok.

Personally, I think both guys are amazing players, but I can't stand either of them. Still, the bias that comes in favor of Kobe and against Lebron from a faction of fans is nauseating.
