No one is going to remember that the Lakers lost to the Cavs in the playoffs

I'm not a Lakers fan so i hope no one accuses me of being arrogant and acting like this loss doesn't matter. Boston lost to New Jersey at home last year among other games and nobody remembered that. LA is going to be right there - they're gonna be in the western conference finals against San Antonio and it's going to be a hell of a series. Right now, I'd give the Spurs the edge but only slightly in a 7 game series.

Point is, this loss is no different than any other the Lakers have had this year. They obviously are lacking something this season but do we really believe they won't be right there in the end? NBA Playoffs will be very interesting this year
