I mean with the parlays my max bet has been $40... I know it is tougher to hit parlays... but with an extended bad run I almost feel like keeping with the parlay strategy would lower losses...

Let's say I go on a streak of 1-9 over 5 parlays not hitting any (which has happened... bad runs happen)... with the parlay system I would be down $115... betting 55 straight on all 10 bets I would be down $445... I know the opposite could be said for a good run... but I would rather lower risk... and that was the strategy we were going with here... lowering risk and maximizing profit... thanks for the input though...

Just a small write-up on the game...

This is first and foremost a continuation of my strategy that Pitt has been AWFUL in the first half in their last half dozen games... I'm not a big UCONN fan but Walker seems to be playing pretty well right now... on top of that Pitt should be rusty (they are rusty 1st half even on normal rest)... common knowledge would say UCONN should be tired (we will wait and see about that)... and all of that means that this game should go under the total (apparently sharps agree with me as I mentioned above... I like that)... I also think that rusty and the shitty 1st half play of PITT should outweigh the fact they are a better team than UCONN... I fully expect this game to stay under the total and UCONN to be winning outright at the half... Only point of worry for me here is UCONN coming out and pushing the ball too much and Walker just going off... but I hope PITT's D does enough to stop that...
